Beef Burger with Chips

Ingredients
1 x 120g Butlers BC Chefs Choice Beef Burger
2 x slices gourmet tomato
2 x pieces Cos lettuce
2 x slices Spanish onion rings
1 x small sprig basil
25g x Edlyn Woods Country Style Tomato Chutney
2 x slices sourdough loaf
100g x Lamb Weston Steak Fries
Method
Preparation (5 minutes)
Wash Cos lettuce and tear into pieces.
Cut two slices of tomato and Spanish onion rings.
Cut sourdough loaf into slices
Cooking (10 minutes)
Place Butlers BC Chefs Choice 120g Beef
Burger onto a preheated hotplate/grill and cook
(from frozen) for 5 minutes on each side. Burger can
also be heated in the microwave on HIGH for 2.5
minutes or in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
Whilst burger is cooking, toast the sourdough
slices.
Place Lamb Weston Steak Fries in a deep Fryer
at 180°C for approx. 4 minutes (or until golden
brown & crispy). Season with salt and white pepper.
Presentation (1 minute)
Arrange lettuce & tomato on to 1 slice of toasted
sour dough loaf
Place cooked Butlers Chefs Choice 120g Beef
Burger on top of lettuce & tomato.
Garnish burger with 25g tomato chutney, 2 slices
Spanish onion rings and sprig of basil.
Serve on plate ‘open’ with seasoned Lamb
Weston Steak Fries in a side bowl.
